The Silent Auction begins when doors open for the show on November 8th and concludes after intermission on Sunday, November 10th

Bidding Process:

• Place your bids on the designated bid sheets for your favorite items. Please print your name and phone number.
   

Winning Bids:

The winning bids will be announced and listed on this page after the silent auction closes on Sunday, November 10th ; check back at 4 pm to see if you have won an item. 

Payment and Item Collection:

If you win a bid and are present at the 2 pm Sunday Show on November 10th:

• Visit the payment counter after the show to settle your bid amount and collect your winning bids.

If you win a bid but are not present at the 2pm Sunday Show:

• You must be available to return to the Civic Center and settle your bid amount and collect your winning bids no later than 5:00pm on November 10th.  We will send you a text if you attended a previous show as soon as the auction closes. You can also check this page for winning bids. If your items are not picked up by 5:00pm they will be offered to the next highest bid. 

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Please make checks payable to Lexington Youth Theatre.
